14-Day "All Things New" Gospel Rally Culminates in Mass Baptism at Busega
A high-impact 14-day multimedia evangelistic campaign, the "All Things New" Gospel Rally, officially concluded on October 10, 2026, marking a major milestone in faith-based broadcasting across Uganda. The effort reached a spiritual climax at Busega Seventh-day Adventist Church, where 19 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ and were baptized.
Strategic Media Collaboration
Running from September 27 through October 10, 2026, the rally was produced through a strategic joint effort between Hope Channel Uganda, the Uganda Union Mission, Prime Radio (AWR Kampala), and BBS TV.
The extensive media coverage was spearheaded by Elder Kugonza Isaac, leader of the Communication Department at the Uganda Union Mission and former Managing Director of Hope Channel Uganda. His department facilitated distribution across TV, radio, and digital streaming outlets to maximize nationwide audience reach.
Proclamation and Pastoral Support
The main preaching series was led by Pastor Mpande David, who delivered live nightly messages centered on spiritual renewal and biblical restoration.
To ensure direct personal engagement, Evangelist Ssempira Martin, Chaplain at Hope Channel Uganda, managed continuous prayer counseling and spiritual support. Viewers and listeners across the region received personal prayer and guidance by contacting the dedicated hotline (+256743941707).
Mass Baptism and Closing Impact
The fortnight-long media thrust concluded with a celebratory closing service and mass baptism at Busega Seventh-day Adventist Church. A total of 19 new believers were baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist faith, celebrating the spiritual harvest of this collaborative effort.
For viewers interested in reviewing the live messages from this evangelistic series, the final sermon and event highlight can be viewed on the All Things New Gospel Rally Climax Session, which showcases Pastor Mpande David delivering the closing message of the 14-day effort.
