Manager's message at Namasuba campmeeting 2026

Although the manager spent more than seven years with NBS, her desire was always to serve in ministry, despite the lower compensation. In God's perfect timing, she received her calling to serve.

Speaking to the Namasuba community, she emphasized the need for increased church offerings to sustain the station's operations. She provided a detailed financial overview, noting monthly broadcast tower fees of 9.5 million UGX to Signet and 13 million UGX to StarTimes, as well as an annual licensing fee of approximately 85 million UGX.

Additional funding is needed to purchase extra cameras, expand studio space, and prepare for the planned launch of a dedicated Newsroom in January 2027.

She drew attention to the testimony show Gyenvudde, which highlights personal conversion stories. A notable episode featured Mr. Simon Peter Longoli, whose story deeply moved UUM leaders.

Mr. Longoli shared the ordeal of being wrongfully incarcerated under false accusations of rape and HIV transmission, during which he was compelled to take antiretroviral medication. His life transformed when inmates were granted television privileges; watching Hope Channel Uganda's sermons and music moved him to accept Christ and be baptized behind bars.

Concluding her remarks, the manager called upon the Namasuba community to back Hope Channel Uganda in its mission to proclaim the Three Angels' Messages throughout the country.
