THE HOPE IN YOUR PHONE

Bulga James is a resident of Kajjansi, Wakiso District in Uganda goes home tired and stressed from the days’ work and looks at his TV station to help me relax.

On a certain Monday while at his work place a colleague informs him of the new TV station that has nice music and when he goes back he embarks on looking for this TV station and while scrolling through the channels he lands on Hope Channel. That evening was different from all other evenings that he had been on TV and he decided never to change the channel again.

July 2024 during the Home coming thrust, HC Uganda deployed a team to help people around Kajjansi download the Hope Channel App and have access to Hope Channel on their TV sets and when they approached him and having had a good encounter he was eager to have the channel on his phone so that he could watch even during his time at work, that very evening while in traffic on his way home he decides to try out this app that has been downloaded on his phone and behold he was watching Pr. Abner De Los Santos preach and he remembered he had seen this crusade at a football pitch on his way home the previous day. James decided that he would begin attending these campaigns since they were not so far away from his home.

He attended the remaining days and every other day got better and interesting and on day 10 when the call for baptism was made, James couldn’t resist the spirit that was pushing him to the front. He gave his life to Christ and was baptized; James is now a devoted Adventist who has decided to share the Hope Channel App to anyone he comes across and is willing to give him an ear to listen.
